• 10/2024 - Equal Opportunity Commission - The Nebraska Department of Labor has updated their Equal Opportunity Commission notice. The updated notice reflects that unlawful employment practices can include discrimination in areas such as reasonable accommodations, and clarifies that the Equal Pay Act of Nebraska applies to all employers with two or more employees. In addition, the addresses for the Lincoln and Scottsbluff Equal Opportunity Commission offices were updated.
